That's great Sans, you found something that works and you-all stuck with it and are still together. Most bands can't say that.

I've got to be honest witrh ya dude. The first band was back in the late 70,s and early 80,s. I played bass. We drank and smoked a lot more than we played.
Me and Ray started jamming together in around 05. NKF have been together about two years now. I only picked up the guitar again when Ray and I started together. The interim years were just about non stop Kung fu training.
I love being into music again. What a rush.

Yeah.. I can relate to the non-stop partyin, one band I was in we all lived in 1 house and people would hang out and never leave, and the booze and 'other stuff' would never stop.. it finally got so bad I had to leave, just to get my sht together and my head halfway back on straight.. lol..
(I still like to party tho )

Never thought to compile a complete list, but I'm guestimating about 25, not including hundreds of jambs or one night stands.

Yeah I was thinking it'd be being in a band ~ 3-4 months minimum (-right; O.N.S.'s and jam-sessions not counting) I counted about 11 myself, but some of them were in the 'short-term memory loss' years so I'm not exactly sure..

I'm at 12 not counting the one nighters and open jams.

A lot...

Hey, Neanderpaul, Being in Rke, do you know some guys in a band (I think they broke up) One guitarist who works or worked as an artist at Ancient Arts Tattoo? I jammed with 'em a couple of times. 'course this was quite a few years ago..

Here's my list: True Blue (New Jersey), all the rest here in Kansas City: Blue Collar, Bandogs, Channel Cats, Outhouse Blues Band, Delta Rays, M. T. Pockets, Jerry Dowell Band, fisherman bob & The Bluefin Tuna Band. I guess that makes ten bands in 28 years. Later...

Two. The first one was the furthest from being serious though.

In Ohio,I had a jazz band. I played in some chamber groups. I had 2 flute choirs.

Here in CA I play in 1 jazz band, 2 rock bands, 1 flute ensemble and a flute/piano duo.

19 or 20 I think!!!!!!!! LOL
