Everytime I tried to contact anyone, that's what I was told... what the he!! makes you think you're any different??? You've been posting this crap up for weeks and it's honestly getting tiresome and you're just littering this site...

I posted that up for people who WANT to help. Not jerks like you!

I also posted it so that people ONLY in Baton Rouge would respond. Duh! That's why I put Baton Rouge in the title.

Show some consideration for what I'm looking for, and don't be a jerk.

I am just trying to find friends the ONLY other way I know how. I was just trying to network with people. I am NOT paying for something that's not yet working.

And dude, people CAN contact me. They just need to contact me here, or through an alternate means, like an e-mail address.

Those are the kinds of guys I'm looking to be in my band. Guys with more of that attitude. So, please, show some consideration, and STOP responding to my posts.

Also dude, just because forums have mean people on them, doesn't mean YOU have to be a jerk. It's guys like you who make internet forums look bad.

Be the exception to the rule. Be nice to someone who asks for help. Unless of course, you are a heartless guy.

I mean, show you're true self online. Don't put on a false front. For example, if you are a sensitve, skinny, dude, then show yourself online as a sensitve skinny dude.

If you are a Christian, show yourself as a Christian.

Of course, if you delight in torturing someone weaker than you, then you should be banned.

Also dude, that's not entirely true. Sometime last year I got a response from a band called Vyntage. Of course, they probably thought I was a professional and they probably wanted me to play at one of their shows.

That's not what I'm after. I'm just looking for some guys who I can jam with at a friend's house on a weekedn afternoon or evening.

But I want to do it with people I like being around. I don't want to do it with people like you, or people that give off a negative vibe like yours. Your not helping yourself by putting down others.

I'm asking for ANY kind of help from nice people from Baton Rouge. If you're not going to be nice, then don't respond.

I'm just trying to reach out to the right audience. Also the kind of help I need could also be maybe finding a band that fits the genre I want to play or maybe finding a service in Baton Rouge that DOES put bands to together for whatever reason.

Anyway, why don't YOU get off your butt and STOP reading my posts if they upset you!

OK, dude, I don't sound like that and I'm not trying to. I have some friends, just not those who are musicians. I'm not trying to sound begging, or whiny. I'm just trying to be a friend.

But that was quite mean what Kryp2nite did. Also mocking me like that is not nice either, and laughing at it?

Also sure the Bible says "seek and you shall find, ask and it shall be given, or knock and a door will open" or somehing like that. Anyway, it doesn't say how to seek. Right now, I am trying to seek musicians at the places I feel most comfortable in and where I'll meet the kind of musicians I'm searching for.

Also, since I don't get out much, I really don't know much about areas where other young adult musicians who enjoy pop, light rock, adult contermporary, and adult alternative pop/rock like to hang out.

I need some help in that department. That's what I'm trying to find. Some bands that play in an environment that I'd feel more comfortable in like LSU or maybe some coffee shops where other young adults musicians go.
