We wanted to send out a "smoke signal" about our upcoming CD release/release party this Thursday, May 29th. Lori's Par-T Lounge here in Tulsa has graciously agreed to host our show

Anyone remotely close to us has a standing invitation to join us on that night! Everyone else.., well, you're just beat!!

We hope that all is well as can be expected on this 2008 version of Memorial Day. Having a long lineage of warriors among our own, we appreciate the lives sacrificed in order for the rest of us to continue onward.

We members of "the Strong-Heart Society" salute you and remember you...

Being a Thursday and with street construction in front of the venue, we felt those were contributing factors in the less than stellar turnout. But there were people there don't get us wrong. And among the ones who did make it out, were some recent inductees into various Hall of Fame(s) around these parts. Their input and offers of "assistance" more than made up for the "short-fall"...

Band-wise, we had our best show/performance to date. If we keep playing like this, L.A. won't know what hit 'em

We don't know how "wowed" they were/are as of yet, time will tell

Now, we prepare for our "mini-tour" out to the great southwest; Phoenix, L.A., etc... (June 18th-22nd). Hopefully, the right person/people see/hear us and then.., who knows?

I guess the only advice I can give is no matter how many are in the crowd play like its a packed house cause you never know who might be sitting there. Years ago I was in this heavy group and a lot of times the crowd was small, one night our singer went off on the crowd cause no one was there. I later found out that a local record producer was in the crowd cause he had heard that we played our hearts out. Well to cut to the chase we never heard a word out of him after the singers tantrum.

So just play to the best of your abilities and have fun. There is an audience for your music and I have faith that you guys will hook up in the future.
