How's about some BBQ reciep's. "Pork chop's",seasoning, salt,pepp,Lawry's seasoning salt,garlic cook'em nice n brown.Cut up yellow or purple onion wrap in foil simmer on grill 1hr. The rest is history.

Cook it all on the grill, use coals not gas or electric. Soak some hickory or if you can get em mesquite chips in h2o over night then spread thinly over the coals, watch that second hand smoke when you put the meat on. Ive done this with whole baby wild pigs. be sure you have some cold beer on hand, and give me a shout when the foods on.
