Especially for just the right singer.

I have a bunch of tracks needing vocals and lyrics

Looking to do something neo-psychedelic, perhaps in the surf and/or Paisley Underground vein

I can fit that criteria pretty well, but I don't have any recording software besides Audacity (or a computer that can process anything besides Audacity), I do however live in California, right near Sacramento.
