Western MD Bassist looking for gigs

My name's Zach, and I'm looking to get involved with an active, paying band near the Hagerstown area. I'm 25 and have been playing bass for over 10 years, mostly within the context of an originals environment, and I would like to get into the local bar/paid gigs scene as well. I would really like to be able to supplement my income with whatever I can make with my music, and I feel that I can bring a lot to a band. While I cannot sight read notation on the fly, I can read it, albeit slowly. I also have a great ear, and all of the music that I've learned over the years (sans original compositions, of course) has been by ear, including the cover videos on my profile. I have all of my own equipment and transportation, and am very easy to get a long with and flexible.
