You can usually get local semi-pros involved for as little as $75 per gig....until you start getting some success. Then you will need real pros who will want $200 a night and can get it elsewhere.

$75/player for a 4-man band is about what you can expect from the decent clubs - assuming you draw some people in. that's what all the places want now - bands with a fan base. Unfortunately that also means not saturating the area with shows, because we all know your 'fans' won't come out every week to see you, even once a month can be pushing it.
