I'm running an open mike tonight, in Middletown, CT.
It's at a Performing Arts Organization, and often draws some pretty good talent.
Where: "The Buttonwood Tree."
When: tonight, 3-10-14
on Monday, ; I'm hosting.
Sign up starts at 7:30.
The mike opens at 7:45pm; I'll go first.
I’ve had several people tell me that they miss hearing me play guitar, so I’ll leave my looper home tonight. If you want to hear me, then you need to be already there at 7:45pm, when the mike opens.
The "Buttonwood Tree" is on 605 Main St., Middletown, right next to "Its Only Natural" (big green letters, you can park behind them). . . . south side of the street.
The Buttonwood Tree is a non-profit organization; $3 suggested donation. (860) 347-4957.
Email: thebuttonwoodtree@gmail.com
Coffee, tea and wine are available, about 30 seats set up. Come have fun with us!
.
I recommend coming early, there is a lot of musicians there, and you might want to talk with some of them . . .

Sounds cool.
If the drive were a little shorter, I'd show up with my wife and my bassist and his wife.

Wine & music 8)

I can do that.

Yeah . . . but Tequila . . . leaves me unconscious under the pool tables.

Rum works better for me.
Part Pirate I guess.
