My band is at the point where we need a manager. We can't do everything ourselves and with our debut album coming out, we need a manager to help us promote, do the paperwork of gigging, and help us with general business.

Can anyone recommend me good resources for finding managers? We're located in Cali. I've checked out some places online like Managers Pro http://www.managerspro.com but it looks sketchy.

Any tips on finding a manager are appreciated.
