I like the idea of it...
Put together your own team of 3-5 people who know what thefaq they're doing. That could be the biggest obstacle...
Other than travel pretty much all expenses paid including housing and recording they do retain 10% commission on publishing. Seems fair! I'm going to pass it on to my son.
