I played a little pick up with a bunch of people from Ocean county, NJ earlier.

I was playing bass and this group of oddballs wanted to do some "Type O Negative". I was like "ooh very interesting".

So we played a few tunes and I kind of faked my way through it, but that music is in no way difficult in any case.

At the conclusion, this woman motions me closer and I figured she was going to whisper something in my ear, (like maybe her digits, right?).

No, she bit me. I was kind of surprised to say the least.
Turns out now my ear is infected. (!@!!!***!*!*!**!*!***)

I'm just glad she didn't give me the "mike tyson" special. lol

It's okay though, I asked her if she was a vampire and she said "no". LOL

lol What-ever..

My ear is f**k up.

My buddy said we could pierce it really easily and so we were trying to stick a basic stud through it, but all it did was leak smelly stuff all over and it bled some more.
(I think I am tat and piercing resistant) lol

I am going to get an intramuscular shot of antibiotic later today from my one buddy, he says he has something strong at the house.
(I hate needles)(yikes)

I knew that woman was germy but I had no idea.
And no I didn't get any digits..

:(

See a doctor before your ear falls off!

You can't go to the Dr if you don't have any medical coverage..and I haven't in a long time.

Remember while medicine is still privatized here, it's the #1 refuge of all wannabe rich kids..that and practicing law. (when they get good at law, do they get to drop the "practicing" part? ) (drum roll and cymbal shot)

They have no concept of the Hippocratic oath other than it's another something else they have to say "I do" to.. lol

If I was in Canada, I'd be set, I'd just have to wait 6 months for an appointment.

By then my ear would be gangrenous.

I wouldn't want to be a zombie, but maybe a vampire.
Sometimes I feel like I can almost relate..i just don't want to have to drink anyone's blood. (sounds dreadful) lol

If his antibiotic shot doesn't work, it's time for my homemade penicillin !!!!
(then I may actually turn into a zombie) lol

In Canada, you can go to any walk-in clinic, and just have to sit around all day waiting to see someone, no appointment necessary. Of course when you finally see Dr Habib, he won't speak English and will just prescribe asprin.
Massachusetts already has mandatory health insurance, if you can't afford it, there are state plans available.

Yeah but I live in NJ. (gun to head)

Translation = There are so many people, nobody cares and that's ok by me.
Your environment dictates your demeanor or lack thereof.

If you saw the NJ shore, it's now time to go home cause NJ will eat you alive...

Besides when the govt collapses, you can buy my penicillin for food or ammo, maybe some gas and if you need it bad enough, I'll even give it to you.. lol

(provide your own needle)(ewwww)

In Atlanta you can go to Grady Hospital and they'll sort you out. Also a war zone comparable trauma clinic. sigh...

lol Yea it swelled up..

And ZOMBIE is no way to go..I'd have to part my hair with a 9mm or something similar..

But Vampire, hmmmm, I could learn to like that...maybe..

Still the drinking blood thing sounds awful.
(stomach noise)

Plus my penicillin is tried and true. I've been making that a while now and I just about have it perfected. I posted the recipe on this forum, just search under "penicillin".

http://forum.bandmix.com/viewtopic.php? ... penicillin

THAT's how you resurrect a dead thread.. lol

I read an article the other day that people whose homes got wrecked or damaged from hurricane Sandy in NJ may now have to pay as much as $20000 a year for flood insurance - that IS faqed up!
I pay flood insurance (bottom of river valley), and I'm waiting to see how much it goes up (already doubled in 5 years) when the Feds are no longer subsidizing it.

If you notice, they are hyping the shore area with commercials.

When you get there, you'll notice how much they ad lib/LIE about it and how much it's simply not true.

"Sandy" wrecked the NJ shore area.
We should just be happy that all that medical waste isn't coming back into the shore area..yet.

I love the beach but the first time I heard about someone stepping on a used syringe, that was it for me. I mean, I still want to go but haven't a clue where the best, no sewage, no medical waste area is.

Maybe there isn't even one anymore, I don't really know.
We used to go to Spring Lake, Manasquan, Sea Girt, Sea Bright, Long Branch, Island Beach State Park, Belmar and LBI, but not anymore.

I hear of people liking Cape May, but that's a haul for us and Atlantic City is for gambling, strippers and being robbed, in that order. lol

I know the politicians in this area really dropped the ball in general, though. But notice how they all got rich? hmmm "food for thought".
