Kids never try to do Keith's drums tapping out the toms on a keyboard... Just brutal my apologies to the drummers who may give a listen.

I've thought if I ever got into a band again I would really want to do a few choice covers... this would be one of em.

I changed the key to E. I believe they did it in D? Was a stretch and a half to sing and now I can hardly talk after giving it a go but everyone in the house is glad it's over... :o
Wasn't going to try the backing vocals... they're way too nice for this sound and my Camel vocals! ;D
Sorry... it's a public link not on my player.

Nice job but I wonder why you moved it up to E, seems like it would be easier to sing in D. I've done that one before, great tune. I've been thinking about covering "I Can See For Miles".

I've done an acoustic version in D and it sounds much calmer or nicer... But I wanted to get a harder sound out of it so I tried it in E. It's a vocal stretch but I think it sounds more fitting...

As for "I Can See For Miles" DO IT! That's tune has so many cool little signatures in it... some of their best vocal work.

Keith played 'lead drums'! Your drums are way too 'time-keeping'. Just think what your voice would be like if you had done the high harmonies! 8)

E was rough so I tried a version in D#... a bit easier on the vocals.
