Two professional (for real) bassists ISO work. One black, the other white. The former is trained, college grad in music, massive credentials, worked mostly as music ministers for some big named churches, also with very notable recording stars in the studio, on the road, etc. Me, can't read a note, but am just funky, soulful and am said to play as close to Rick Danko or Joey Smampinato. And the other can play anything and everything put in front of him.

I've got samples here which are ... um, not fully representative. My friend is not a Bandmix member and has scant samples I'm urging him to get and post somewhere -- here, Youtube, wherever.

Any information on avenues where professionals can find viable work is greatly appreciated. If there's any professional who needs bassists who are professional, organized, have working situation, please contact me ASAP.

enjoyed the tunes and playing on your posted tunes. i have an on again off again side, side project called The Subterraneans w myself, another bassplayer, and a drummer. for some reason we can't get many gigs... go figure!!

two bassplayers can be a lot of fun....cos let's face it, we know how to play behind other musicians!
