when you think about it, this is a seriously ridiculous thread,
why would you have to ask for auditions in a forum,
the internet is a non stop audition room, people are posting their stuff every 2 micro seconds in many forums and venues, they a starving for attention and respond to even the most passing mention.
if you can't find a player these days you aren't looking, you are up to
something else altogether.

...okay?

I'm not the only one who's posted "musicians wanted" ads on here. If you found it so ridiculous, then click the "x" and move along. All I'm doing is trying to meet other musicians and get my behind back into performing.

I don't see why it has to be a problem, or that I have to be "up to something else altogether".

So again, "whatever". I don't need to deal with trolls, especially someone who should be far more mature.

1st of all
bandmix has gone to great deal of trouble to hook you up
from your page, but you do have to pay.
2nd;
why don't you just scroll thru the many thousands of posted auditions online already?
and say hey you sound good. would you be interested in a project?
and 3rd;
why would anyone want to audition for you anyway
WHO are you?

Fine, you make a valid point troll.

I have looked through peoples profiles, but most of them are hardly ever on this site (or lack contact info). And naturally, who are you to even think it was okay to make that remark? I never made myself out to be anyone of importance, you're the one who came on my post (on your own accord, apparently) and made your comment.

I don't like how you made it seem like I'm up to no good as if I had alterior motives, hence why we're even having this exchange in the first place.

So I'm ending it, because who I am, is the bigger person.

When I first signed on... I had the same sentiments... Couldn't unnerstand why nobody was beating a path to my audition door... Then it occurred to me... I hadn't considered the open mic bars .. and After all I aint nobody special...so I had nothing to lose...no reputation, no pride, no nothing... Clean slate to start in... I'm still nobody. But here, I got friends who will provide honest assessment an opinion bout my work... That helps me grow...professionally. That's pretty valuable and worth the price to subscribe. So heres the low down...On here yo gotta expect to get your chops busted now and then... Keeps us all grounded... and real.
