This is 'live-over-the-air' radio; dunno if they're also on the Internet.
I'd like to record it, but not sure if that'll happen.
;
But - I'll look into it, thanks for the suggestion; good idea.
.
Right now my primary focus is to re-record 4 songs with the new lead singer, while erasing the old tracks (which have relatively inexperienced singers).
.
Also, I'll need to deleted the computer-drum tracks.
. . . gonna make the CD's sound the same as we do live; that'll take some work.
.
We've been performing as a trio.
Although there are now 5 of us in the group, 2 are fairly new.
The new bass player has racked up countless hours of practice, and is nearly 'there.'
The 2nd female vocalist is still finding her spot in the songs.
.
So, we've been performing as a trio, with the other 2 sitting in the audience, taking notes . . .
I know that's hard for them, but they're good with it. the songs take a LOT of practice to master . . .
.
When we perform, I do not want to sound good.
.
There's a million other bands who sound good; I don't want to get lost in the shuffle.
We need to sound excellent.
"Good" isn't too hard to achieve.
"Excellent" takes extra practice, though . . .
I've had a lot of people tell me we sound waaay better in person, than in the recordings, which are getting old . . .
.
Incidentally - I came across this radio opportunity by performing at an open mike.
