Awesome stuff! I like the texture of the guitars and other live instruments gives the beats. I'm a big fan of Nitzer Eb, Front 242, Underworld and Kraftwerk.

hey thanks a lot for the complements!! We are just getting started so of course this is just midi stuff but can't wait to hear how it sounds translated to live instruments! :o)

Thanks again for your responses!

I liked the first cut, wasn't sure were it was going but it kept me hooked. The others not as much. :? 2nd predictable, 3rd took too long before any break or change happened. My oldest son does D&B and all sorts of spacey music, don't know how to clasify it, but like your music some creative stuff.
Good Luck to you.

Inventive, Active & Pretty Promising.
Advice: Listen to what the other similar bands around you
are doing and don't do that. Force yourselves when writing
to go to uncomfortable places in your music. You'll be
surprised what you find there.[/b]

new material

Yorka is very cool
i could almost hear Bowie in there... somewhere.
I 'd like to hear that bass kick when the guitar sounds dirty with the distortion.
You like the vocals quiet in the mix eh?
Creative blend in the over-all sounds I dig it. Would like to hear more of the guitar playing though. jmo.
ZP sounds more like euro-pop.
Nice work 8)

me likey!

:) I do think you need different vocals though. That is where I come in. I can do layered, falsetto vocals, in addition to my regular Bowie-like vocals. If you go to www,reverbnation.com/boysentrance and check out the demo called " Boogie On" . I also play keys and some bass. The instrumentals" Tribal Jolt; Homoraga; Kraftmatic (my homage to Kraftwerk); and Humbert12 will convey my synthetic/ambient sides.

I like your sound.

Congrats on the excellent guerilla marketing technique displayed on the Bandmix forum. Hope they hire you...

Dear Everyone,
thanks once again for your thoughtful and helpful responses. We do appreicate all of your input and will be taking these suggestions into consideration when revising the material.

-You have some great recordings Jahva and I look forward to hearing some of your new material. :)

as for mister sissy...

would you be opposed to singing for us while dancing in a giant costume? (we have one for you!)

or how about while swimming around in a big fish tank dressed up as mermaid?

o o or better yet what if we painted you in all glow in the dark paint and strapped blacklights all over you.

FYI: these are some of the standard requirements for being in our band, please let us know if this would be something you would be up for.

Thanks again everyone for your input.

i liked midnight, however every song seems like it was done by someone sitting at a keyboard.it does`nt have that band feel to it.

thank you for your response.
Most of this music was programed with synths and drum machines so I can see what you mean however these are rough demos that are just meant to show the structure of the songs, we are in the process of getting the music up to speed so that it can be preformed with live instruments.

I was thinking the very same actually. While many gave praise .. all the work sounded like basic sample rips from loops. Which anyone pretty much can do. I feel the work needs more definition to not sound like a GarageBand band / loop ripper. Best of luck.
