I never played OC, but I did a buncha gigs right up the road in Rehobeth, DE.
The locals are pretty laid back. Chat 'em up to get more gigs. It worked for me.
Your listed genres should go over pretty well.
I haven't been to OC in about 15 years, but I'm sure it ain't changed much.
Good luck.

Thanks,
The gig went pretty good just really hot. Outdoors, kinda off the beaten path but we had roughly 80 folks turn out ranging in age from 9 to 90.
Had to reach back and pull out a couple "doo wop" tunes but we didn't scare anybody away with the SRV stuff either and actually handed out a few business cards. I'll call it a win!

I figured you'd have a wide range of ages in your audience. Resorts are always like that. Makes it funner, though...esp when you see granny & gramps dancing to your stuff.
Glad it went well. You gonna do it again?

Ah yes! Phillips! I wonder if they still have a place in Balto's Inner Harbor...I'll be down that way on Wed, dropping the wife off at the airport.
