You seriously get off easier for robbery or assault and battery than you would for getting caught with a single joint.
Ask my friend, she did a year for getting caught with a LEAF of pot in her wallet (she had just turned 18, and thought it was "cool")
a friggin year.
Yet my (ex) drunkard neighbor can lose his license 12 times (8 DUI's), gets drunk, drives drunk and without a license, and kills (runs over) a pedestrian and gets 8 years, and was out in 8 months for good behavior. Grr.
Justice is blind and twisted anymore.
