Status...oh yeah... Back on topic... My band PanikAtack has an awesome show goin' on this Sat. I warned them about my virus because my singers wife is pregnant and my drummer has 3 toddlers but they all still wanna go on with the show! They said they'll keep their distance from me the whole night and I'll set myself up all the way to the left of the stage and have to keep myself from clowning around with the singer and bassist but it's gonna be a kickass show as this time, our promoter put our ad in: Newsday, Yankee Trader, Good Times and radio commercial... gonna be funny though watching the band avoid me like the plague! .. It was my idea though as I don't want anybody contracting this dangerous virus... Still... I'm ready to wail like a screamin' banshee tomorrow night... even had some cool work done on my strat by a pretty well known guitar tech in my area so I'll use the strat in the 1st set and my beloved 60's re-issue Les Paul in my second set!

You ain't joking.... I gave my guys in Rekon the prime spot because the bassist is actually the one that negotiated the gig... Yikes So my first project that has been together a helluva lot longer is, honestly in my opinion, gonna kick serious ass on my second project but the other guys in Rekon insist on going on 2nd... Well... I hope at least I don't end up kickin' my own ass!

well, hate to be the first to say it but this thread suddenly seems like it may not be worthwhile to keep around, good luck with the new guys you get to break in, I'm not even lucky enough to have the opportunity to break people in (or means to do anything for myself) it would help if I didn't live some place less populated then your part of the city, but the fiance doesn't want to move unless I can guarantee things are already going to work when we get there.......

I am an old married fart 27 years worth. I believe for sure a man should speak with and respect the thoughts of his helpmate. God knows Jeanette has always had helpfull input into our lifes journeys. But I am the man.

yah sans I've been kinda wondering why I wouldn't care if I never saw my family again (gf is more a part of the family then I am) ofcourse the one lead I had has disappeared lately, now I just need to figure out some way to sneak my way into some sort of stable field of work, but its not like I can get away with sneakin off, gave most of the taxes to the g/f to pay off the apartment we had and for her to save and get a new car (driving was beyond me for a while but now all the cars are being sketchy) ugh at least I have my bass for sanity (till the cracked head gets to bad maybe a lil poly will delay that)
