"Mandobird" - sounds like we should be scanning the skies for large, bat winged, meat eating pterodactyl type things..

(lock and load, keep the machete handy) lol

Otherwise it looks cool as hell.

Hey Vinny, I forget did you ever tell us why we can't view your page?

I am sick of clicking on your account only to get a "404".

What choo hiding? lol Surely not music.. tsk-tsk-tsk . lol

Scott

I'm very insecure - I figured that '404 error' meant simply, "sorry tough guy - you're not cool enough for this site!" 8)

LOL Bullshit.. Oh wait that's the other thread.

I am betting that Vinnnnnnnny has some music, but he's not going to share with us. (pout)

Something smells rotten in Denmark..

So what's your deal, Vin>? You ever going to let us in on that or you going to keep us like mushrooms, in the dark and feeding us bullshit.

I don't see the purpose of the 4 string electric mando - you'd need to use a doubler or flanger to make it sound better, never seen one of the 8 strings.

Band I'm going to see on Saturday, Carbon Leaf, the lead guitarist has one of the 4-strings, except he had it modified to add a 5th string and he plays it like a high-strung guitar. Of course he also plays a real f-style mandolin, amongst the rest of his instruments - from a guit-cello, to a lap steel to a pedal steel to fiddle to a bouzouki, Telecaster, acoustic 6 strings ...
