Seeking music partner/roommate, free rent

Free monthly rent in exchange for watching Nini, the cat, rides to and from the Gainesville airport, watering plants, etc. You may use my car if you do not have your own for rides to and from the Gainesville Airport. I am mostly out of town, so you will have the entire house, with Nini cat, to yourself. Extra payment for booking music tours, etc., if you are interested, but it is not necessary, but it would be nice! The ultimate goal would be to find an equal partner who would perform and go on tour with me -- comedy music shows. Not necessary, but sure would be nice!
