The Mercy House are actively looking for a new bassist. We are looking for someone aged 18+, very driven and motivated to help push the band musically and professionally. Someone willing to commit to a hectic schedule and to tour nationally and internationally and be prepared to put in the blood, sweat and tears required to keep pushing this band to the next level. You will need to be self sufficient and we would like someone to bring their own impetus and flavour to the band.
About us - We have been featured in Kerrang, Big Cheese and Metal Hammer on numerous occasions. Our music has been used on Rock Band and featured on Scuzz, ViVa and Kerrang! TV and our first album (available to listen on Spotify) received a very positive critical reception. We have toured Europe and all of the United Kingdom and shared the bill with many major artists. We have played a number of the festivals in the UK circuit and are aiming to take this much higher. We are looking for an individual with a realistic perspective of being in a band in 2013 and what it takes to get a band up to the highest levels. We also have management, booking agents, PR and distribution in place with reputable and recognized organizations.
