I want your opinions - starting mixing/mastering services

1. What is the most important part of this service for you? (i.e. what kind of gear, amount of revisions, turn-around time, etc)
2. What are your biggest pet peeves working with mixing/mastering engineers?
I appreciate your thoughts on this! It will go towards making my service as valuable as possible for musicians and bands!
