Special Deal on Filming of First Music Video

We prefer a sole singer but can also potentially work with a full band depending on the content of the video. While not performing our services and equipment for free, we will offer them at drastically reduced rates with it being our first production of this type. Your video will be shot in full HD and be made available for most forms of distribution.
Please read below for general terms and conditions:
1. You must be located within or around Dallas, TX or be able to reasonably travel to the area.
2. Your song must already be professionally recorded.
3. All content, both audible and visual must be appropriate for all ages. We will not work with any profanity, offensive subject material, or sexual content. What falls into these categories is solely at our discretion.
4. You will sign an agreement with us prior to beginning work on the production which outlines all terms and conditions as well as costs associated with the production, whether covered by us or by you.
5. You must agree to allow Ethos Media to use the finished product for promotional purposes which will be outlined and agreed to in a written contract. This is part of the reason why we are filming this for well below market value.
6. You will be expected to furnish any props, extras, or other creative elements not reasonably obtainable by Ethos Media. All extras (ex: dancers, back-up singers not usually part of the group, etc.) will be required to sign separate release forms for their appearance in and contribution to the video.
1. We'll meet with you (most likely several times) to determine the vision for the video, logistics, creative elements, etc. prior to actual production.
2. Production itself is expected to take 1-3 days depending on the content of the video. Most likely the majority of footage will be filmed on weekends.
3. Expected turn-time on the production is about two weeks given no major revisions or re-shoots required during the process.
