I'm going to be having some down time available at a clean, heated and secure industrial unit in SE London. I am going to be using it as an office and as somewhere to do mixing in. It is probably fairly suitable for recording bands and solo artists in at night and at the weekends which I would like to try out with a few, my initial offer being free.
