Match your ohm ratings from amp to speaker load. Run your amps near full and control volume with the board.

so for to cabinets they will be running at 2 ohms and recommended ohms for qsc 2402 amps are 4 ohms bridged mono at 2400 watts will that be ok for the mids on the sr 4733a bi amped and ill be running the qsc 2450 at 4 ohm bridged mono for each 4719x subs so im thinkin it will be ok

I try to keep it really simple with my stage gear as it can get quite complicated for the average individual. ( that would be me )

Maybe this will help:

This looks like a lot of gear. Audience of 5000 plus? My simple rules of sound reinforcement are:

KISS -Keep it simple sherlock and only bring as much gear as you need to cover the audience.

Avoid 2 ohm loads. Bad things happen at 2 ohms even when an amp is rated to go there.

Testing and measurement- Set up your rig well in advance of your planned show, run some music through it that you know cold. Walk the arena listening for hot spots/dead spots, balance and test for SPL with a meter. Adjust until you can get good clean coverage and SPL without ever clipping an amp. No clippy- no breaky.

YMMV

PA system for 5000? Rent local (or better yet make it part of the required contracted backline), don't truck it around!
