1970 Imperial Tonemaster model 502-V How much would you pay?

I am having extreme trouble looking for prices for my moms old guitar, an Imperial Tonemaster model 502-v and I am looking for a possible price check on it. This is a link to a website I found that has pics of it, and some info on its website about the Imperial guitars, mine looks exactly the same, wammy and all.

Warning: I am not really looking to sell it unless it is worth a lot(not my decision) On the other hand if it is not worth a lot I will probly renew it and play it myself.

It has not been played since 1975 was bought around 1970.
It doesnt have any dents, one minor crack in the body near pick board that does not have an effect on playing at all, or any future problems unless your into drumming on the body.
The inside electronics are the same as it was when it was bought and currently do not work.
Since it has not been played in 40 years, the strings are out of tune as well.
I would also like to know the price if you have it, of the guitar if it was refurbished with new inerds and new strings.
