Taylor 454CE Twelve-string. Mint. W/case. $100 per string

It's the nicest twelve-string I've ever played or seen. I bought the Taylor, a Martin, and a Larrivee, all within a short period of time, and I never play the Taylor. Local sale preferred. I don't want to subject this guitar to the shipping industry.
