I personally own 4 Les Pauls and just can't get used to the Strat Feel so it was very rarely played and is in practically brand new condition!

Moneys tighter than a frogs ass round my place right now. I'm even considering selling mine. One of them anyway.
Just a suggestion. Local college music department may let you post a sales add. Some of those College kids folks are loaded. As school moves into full swing be lots of bands forming.
