why not a regular fender strat?

I'm just intrigued in the interest in this Strat copy guitar

I have one - found it in a closet when I moved into the house and its been sitting there ever since - its in great shape, all there - sun burst.

I am looking for a 1970's/80's Harmony H80T strat style electric guitar in good condition+ with all the pieces. Prefer sunburst, black OK.

I know this is a 2 year old thread just revived, but that's not a "vintage" Harmony. I wish I had noticed this thread long ago but I rarely check this section...it's 4AM and I'm wasting some time...

Harmony never made any copies, they made their own body styles. Including some standard body styles like those used by Gibson, Gretsch, Guild etc.
Harmony was an American company, every guitar had Made in USA on it somewhere.
The headstock with "EST 1892" is usually a different one, and was only used by a Japanese company that started using the Harmony name to make money after the original company folded in the late 70's. Japanese company bought the name and started making cheap copy guitars usually crap.

Some Harmony guitars are pretty well liked, they made a couple I've seen and played in pawn shops over the years and wish I had grabbed now, 30 years later and now I Know they are collector's items...in those days they were el cheapo guitars, I wasn't too interested...
