Gibson SG Menace 2006, with hard gibson case - mint
Posted: Tue Dec 22, 2009 12:37 pmMint condition 2006 collectable Gibson SG Menace, plus official hard Gibson SG case with white fur lining and combination lock. The Menace is basically a standard SG with uprated pickups (490R and 498T Smoky Coils with clear tops, and brass studs). Matt black finish, ebony fingerboard and brass frets. Side fret markers, but no fingerboard markers apart from a brass knuckle inlay at the 5th fret. Very tough looking metal/rock/blues guitar - tons of sustain, loads of tone and growl
Comes fitted with schaller strap locking buttons (that also work with regular strap) and official, super soft leather Gibson branded strap fitted with the other half of the straplocks.
Was £899 new, and hardly played - bedroom only, never gigged. These were a short production run from Gibson (of 2000 I think), so collectable for the future.
Sensible offers considered.
