For sale is a 2001 Taylor 814ce in excellent condition, with a hard-shell case. The 814 is the flagship of the Taylor line. This guitar sounds great, and looks beautiful. It has been rarely played, but has the benefit of age, with a rich, warm tone. The guitar has a Fishman Prefix Blender pickup system that is in perfect working order.
This guitar has been well cared for and humidified. It has been professionally set-up to Taylor specifications and has new Elixir HD light strings as recommended for this guitar.
The front of the guitar is in pristine, like new condition and there are no signs of wear on the fretboard. The guitar has a minor blemish in the finish on the back near the top, but it does not affect the sound. Selling because I have two other guitars and would like to get a Martin.
