MOSCOW (Reuters) - Dozens of partygoers at an outdoor rave near Moscow last week have lost partial vision after a laser light show burned their retinas, Russian health officials said on Monday.

Ear plugs. Mandatory at all shows (for myself, not talking about a new law or something).
Luckily, I attend no raves. Any update on those poor people?

If the volumes is too loud, my ears hurt, and they ring for several days afterwards.
I have to wear earplugs at several places I go.
The only difference when I wear earplugs is that the bass seems turned up a bit.
But even with the earplugs I can hear every note, every word, and hold normal conversations.
.
The main difference is that (unlike a lot of other folks my age) in conversations I don't have to keep saying "What?"
It's worth the extra time and trouble to protect your hearing.

I use earplugs and dont have problem with loud music
