Hey there! I might not know very much about Bars in AB (cause Im from MB) but Im gonna try and help you a a little bit anyways. This might not help very much but here it goes. Look up a list of all bars and night clubs in AB if you havent already and scope out the territory, some of them have band roster you can sign up on and that'll help you get you name out there they may ask you to come back again. Just talk to bar owners for a little bit if you want to, network a bit and try to meet people some bars and clubs have ties with organizations which help them get people they need to play on their stage at any time, find out who they are and talk to them.
